How to place an order?

Orders can be place by filling in the order form, by calling (+371) 28985558 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We will contact you in a short while after you have placed the order to specify the delivery date, place and deadline!

Delivery terms:

FREE – when you collect the goods from our warehouse at Peldu Street 7, Jelgava

OMNIVA -2.88EUR

DPD courier – Largest towns* and municipalities** - 12.78 EUR

Distance agreement

The Seller of the goods offered in this Online store as one of the Parties, henceforth known as the Seller, and the individual placing the order, henceforth known as the Buyer, as the other party, enter into Agreement on the following:

The Seller commits to buy and deliver goods to the Buyer according to the order of the Buyer.

Delivery and payment terms

The Buyer orders goods using this website by specifying the type and amount of the ordered goods. The Seller prepares and sends an Invoice conforming to the order to the Buyer by e-mail. The Invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods in 20 days time from the date of receiving the payment for the goods. The delivery date is agreed upon together with the Buyer.

Guarantee

Guarantee for the goods offered in the Online store of the Seller is ensured in accordance with the guarantee service terms specified by the manufacturer of the goods, but it cannot be shorter than 2 years.

Withdrawal rights

The Buyer is entitled to return the goods in a period of 14 calendar days starting from the delivery date of the Goods by sending a refusal letter to the Seller. The form of the refusal letter is sent to the Buyer’s e-mail by the Seller upon the request of the Buyer.

The Buyer has a duty to return the goods to the Buyer in 7 days time from the date of sending the refusal letter. All costs which will arise from sending the goods back to the Seller must be covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer has no rights for withdrawal if:

•  the ordered goods cannot be returned because of their characteritstics or their expiry date is low, or they must be consumed in a short amount of time;
• the ordered goods have been manufactured specifically for the Buyer based on a specialized order;

The Seller holds the rights to refuse the withdrawal rights of the Buyer or to receive compensation in case of damaged goods if the goods have been damaged while using them carelessly or not following the instructions or if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or severely damaged.

Data processing

By providing the necessary information when placing the order the Buyer confirms to have read and agrees that his or her provided data is used by the Seller to accept the Buyer’s order and to carry out the delivery of the data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By providing the necessary information the Buyer agrees that notifications associated with processing the Buyer’s order will be sent to the e-mail specified by the Buyer.
